If there was a business model to copy . This would be the one. Colby came out to give a quote. No high pressure sales tactics. Just straight forward, the products they offer and the prices. Was given a brochure with detailed information and a quote on the same day. The roof was completed in one day. Logan Roofing did an excellent job , I would highly recommend them.

Logan Roofing did an amazing job replacing my existing metal roof with a new painted screw down.
Colby was outstanding from the beginning helping me choose which style of roof best suited my needs/ style/budget.
The work went quickly but not rushed, taking time to do things right and cleaning up the worksite each day until the last. Even with the advent of rain, they made sure that the roof was properly sealed to prevent any leaks during the process.
I would 100% recommend Colby and Logan Roofing if you are thinking of replacing or in need of a new roof.

I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with Logan’s Roofing and their entire team — especially Jeremy Tilley. After our home endured the impact of four hurricanes, we knew it was time for a new roof and needed a company we could trust. I reached out to Jeremy, someone I deeply trust as a brother in Christ, and from that first conversation, he provided clear, detailed explanations that gave us total confidence in the process. (And those who know me know I ask a lot of detailed questions!)

Choosing Logan’s Roofing turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. Their entire team went above and beyond — their work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly a cut above the rest. Jeremy was incredibly responsive, communicative, and thorough throughout every phase of the project. He made the entire experience stress-free and was there for us every step of the way.

When the crew showed up to do the job, they impressed us just as much. I was onsite while they worked and can honestly say they were professional, courteous, and focused the entire time. Cleanup was phenomenal — even with the added challenge of a pool directly below the roofline. They protected the area with screens, swept the site daily, and used magnets to ensure even the tiniest nails were picked up. Watching them work reminded me of a crew inspecting an aircraft carrier deck — nothing was left to chance.

They even sourced and installed replacement domes for our Solartubes, which gave the whole roof a fresh, polished look. Add to that the extra attention to detail on vent work, flashing, and trim — our home now looks brand new!

From the initial consultation to final cleanup, the project was completed in just three days, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Logan’s Roofing should be incredibly proud of their team — they raise the bar in roofing and customer service.

If you need a new roof, call Jeremy Tilley at Logan’s Roofing. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

My client was four hours away and driving when she heard there was a leak in her roof and water was pouring in from the ceiling! She asked that I reach out to roofing companies for whomever was ready, willing, and able to get to the property ASAP. Logan Roofing advertises in Wakulla Living, so I grabbed my magazine and dialed the office. The rep was attentive and reached out to the team putting me in contact with Jeremy Tilley. Jeremy was clear and followed through exactly how he said he would. The leak was temporarily addressed to prevent additional damage, and he was in contact with the owner to ensure long-term resolutions were discussed and applied. Thank you, Jeremy!

Logan Roofing is an excellent company to work with for any and all roofing needs. I met with Sean who came out for a free estimate, realized I had extensive hail damage to the roof, and let me know my options. I opted to have the roof replaced. He tarped up where it was leaking, and once my insurance adjuster reviewed, assessed, and approved the estimate, the Logan Roofing got to work! The team did a fantastic job constructing the new roof! I am extremely pleased with the work they performed, and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs any work done to their roof - whether it is a full replacement or a single repair. I couldn't be happier with the results.

From start to finish, Logan Roofing exceeded our expectations. Their all-inclusive presentation was thorough and informative. They took the time to answer every question clearly and honestly. Their financing process is simple and straightforward eliminating any stress. Every phone call, email, and / or text message was answered promptly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project.

The crew treated our property with great care throughout the project and the cleanup afterward was absolutely stellar. You would have never known such a major job had just been completed.

Inspections were scheduled promptly, and all certificates of completion / warranties were issued within a week of the project’s completion, demonstrating their commitment to following through on every detail.

Every employee we interacted with was professional, courteous, and respectful. It is clear that Logan Roofing is a first-class operation that takes pride in both the quality of their work and their customer service. We highly recommend Logan Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional roofing company.

I had an issue with my roof and a few places needed repairs. Seth Logan came out and gave me an estimate and was able to go to their warehouse and get the parts and came back and fixed it himself the same day. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Logan Roofing to anyone in need of anything related to roofing. Thanks again Seth.

We recently had a new roof installed by Logan Roofing. Colby Scarborough was a pleasure to work with and answered our questions and kept us informed through the entire process. The workers who installed the roof were hard working and did an excellent job. The cost was reasonable and the work was completed in one day. We had a very positive experience with Logan Roofing and would be happy to recommend them to others.

We recently decided to replace our roof with metal roofing and chose Logan Roofing for the job. We were extremely impressed with the entire process from start to finish. I especially appreciated that they took the time to come out, discuss exactly what we wanted, and provide us with different options instead of simply measuring the roof and giving a quote. The team was professional, polite, and did an excellent job on the installation. Thank you, Logan Roofing, for our beautiful new roof!
